1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DrAyurvedas ("the Service," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, patients, and doctors/clinics who register a listing.

2. Nature of the Service

DrAyurvedas is a directory and booking-facilitation platform connecting patients with independent, third-party Ayurvedic practitioners and clinics. We are not a medical provider, we do not practice medicine, and we do not employ the listed doctors. Every consultation, diagnosis, and treatment decision is made solely between you and the practitioner you choose.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a listing or make a payment on the Service. Minors may use informational content only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

4. Doctor Listings & Accounts

Practitioners registering a listing must provide accurate credentials, a valid Google Business Profile link, and a real practice address. We reserve the right to verify, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion, including for inaccurate information, unverifiable credentials, or patient complaints. A "Verified" badge indicates we have checked the submitted Google Business Profile and basic credential information — it is not a guarantee of clinical quality or outcomes.

5. Payments & Instant Consultations

The $10 "Connect Now" instant consultation fee is a platform access fee for immediate live-doctor connection and is processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal, depending on your region). Scheduled appointments booked through our calendar tool carry no separate platform fee; any consultation fee charged by the individual doctor is handled directly between you and that doctor unless otherwise stated at checkout. 6. Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false credentials, fraudulent reviews, or impersonate a licensed practitioner.
• Do not use the Service to solicit patients or doctors off-platform in a way that violates these Terms.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another party's rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The DrAyurvedas name, logo, design, and original site content are owned by us or our licensors. Doctor-submitted content (bios, photos) remains the property of the submitting practitioner, who grants us a license to display it on the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or clinical outcomes of any listed practitioner's care. See our full Medical Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DrAyurvedas and its owners/operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with any listed practitioner. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of your jurisdiction (for example, liability for gross negligence in the EU/UK, or non-excludable consumer guarantees in Australia).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or request listing removal, at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law by Region

Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides you rights that cannot be waived (including in the EU, UK, Australia, and elsewhere), those mandatory rights apply regardless of any general governing-law clause. Subject to that, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, for users outside a jurisdiction with overriding mandatory consumer protections.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
