2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship With DrAyurvedas

DrAyurvedas is a directory and booking-facilitation platform. We do not provide medical care, and using this Service does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and DrAyurvedas. Any doctor-patient relationship exists solely between you and the independent practitioner you choose to consult.

3. Directory Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to verify listed practitioners' Google Business Profiles and submitted credentials, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is fully accurate, current, or complete at all times. Always independently verify a practitioner's licensing/registration status in your jurisdiction before treatment.

4. Emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately (e.g. 911 in the US, 999 in the UK, 112 in the EU, 000 in Australia) or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use this Service, including the instant-consultation feature, for emergency situations.

5. No Guaranteed Results

Individual results from any treatment, Ayurvedic or otherwise, vary. Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee that any condition will be cured, improved, or prevented.

6. Third-Party Practitioners

Listed doctors and clinics are independent third parties, not employees or agents of DrAyurvedas. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, or treatment provided by any listed practitioner.

7. Regional Regulatory Notes

Ayurvedic practice is regulated differently across countries. In India, it is regulated by the Ministry of AYUSH. In the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and most other markets on this directory, Ayurvedic practitioners are generally not licensed the way conventional physicians are, and Ayurvedic products are typically regulated as dietary supplements rather than pharmaceuticals — meaning claims about them are subject to supplement-marketing rules (e.g. FTC/FDA guidance in the US), not drug-approval standards. We do not make, and no listed practitioner is authorized by us to make, claims that any product or treatment cures, treats, or prevents any disease, except where such a claim is independently substantiated and legally permitted in the relevant jurisdiction.
